Failure to Comply with Trucking Regulations in Illinois

The trucking industry is heavily regulated on both the federal and state level. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has set forth a number of rules and regulations governing the trucking industry. If a truck driver/a> or trucking company has violated any of these rules or regulations and an accident is caused as a result of this, the driver or company can be held liable.

It takes an experienced attorney to know all of the rules and regulations governing truck drivers and trucking companies. With my experience representing numerous clients involved in accidents with semis in my over 30 years of practice, I know these rules and regulations and how they can be applied to any case that I handle.

Contact my office today for a free initial consultation if you or a loved one has been injured or killed in a trucking accident. I will work hard to make sure that you receive the maximum possible compensation for the harm caused to you by the truck driver and trucking company.
